From the Kachibari Village in northeast India's famed Assam tea region, this breakfast-style tea is an unusual find for one of the largest tea producing regions in the world. Highlighting the passion of two tea producers, this Assam is a nuanced window into the taste of Assam, a region where the teas are typically blended to remove taste of place and achieve the prototypical Breakfast Tea flavor profile. 

Our Assam Kachibari comes from only two producers, one of whom is leading the charge in making tea without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers on his small organic farm - Tenzing.
